Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be made in writing and include a Purchase Order Number where necessary.

Courses are subject to numbers and confirmation will be given two weeks before commencement. In the case of On-Site training, dates are confirmed on a case by case basis and confirmation may be closer to commencement.

123 Training reserves the right to impose a 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation occurs less than seven days prior to commencement.

123 Training reserves the right to impose a 100% cancellation fee if notification of cancellation is less than three days before commencement.

Payment is welcome by electronic BACS transfer:

Payment must be received in full no later than seven days prior to commencement.

Instructions and locations will be sent to each participant no later than one week before the training commences. Please check availability of places by e-mail or telephone before making a booking.

123 Training reserves the right to cancel courses at any time and to transfer confirmed bookings to rescheduled dates. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled course will be entitled to a refund.

A printed version of these terms and conditions will be supplied on request.
